Discovery Meeting

Our first and most important job is to listen.

We want to understand what you need from a website. What are your biggest business challenges? How are you different from your competitors? How do you want users to interact with your site? We need to define the purpose and audience for the website first, so that we can create a site that helps your business flourish.

In this discovery meeting, you will be speaking directly to the creatives who will be working side-by-side with you during every step of the process. You have taken valuable time out of your schedule to provide background, context, and detail for this project that won’t be lost in translation.

The faces that you see at this meeting will be the same ones who are concepting, creating, and managing your project; marking deadlines on their calendar; taking your phone calls; and presenting you with the finished website.

Design and Content Direction

With all the knowledge we gain in the discovery meeting, we will work to establish the website's look and voice. This includes visual direction, structural organization, navigation strategies, and working with you on content creation to make sure your message is crystal clear.

Although your website will have its own technology and implementation requirements, one thing is certain. Your site needs to accommodate a broad range of devices and browsers without frustrating resizing and panning. If your audience has to struggle to view your site, they will quickly leave and search elsewhere. And, finally, we work our magic on search engine optimization; to assure that your audience can find you.

Working Demo Site

While your website is being developed, you can follow its progress on a testing site. This lets you proof, edit, and test internally, getting everything just right before we publish the website.

Approval and Launch

Once you approve your demo site, it's time to go live and show the world. We will publish the new website and point your site's domain name to the appropriate web server, and then your old website is replaced by a shiny new one.
